iDataWorks was founded in 2001 by current President and Chief Technical Consultant, Skip Khasky, based on his vision that business critical software and infrastructure could be more effectively delivered as a service - a notion that we refer to today as ASP, SaaS, and more commonly "Cloud". Skip, a former Oracle Senior Engineer, has a colorful history with cutting edge technological paradigms. Skip developed the very first production Windows cluster in 1996, when Clustering for NT was a Digital Equipment Corporation beta project. Skip build some of the very first electronic document management systems with Brent Stolpestad of Basist, back when microfilm was still the de-facto standard. Skip, at iDataWOrks, developed one of the earlies cloud solutions, having gone live with a fully hosted PeopleSoft site in 201. Skip was the first engineer to fully virtualize a PeopleSoft environment in 2007, and repeated the performance by becoming the first to fully virtualize JDEdwards in 2008. With over 15 years of IT experience, Skip has amassed a nice collection of IT's beloved acronyms, including MCSE, MCSP, MCDBA, CCNA, 3Com Wizard, CPSE, and CNE just to name a few.

 

At iDataWorks our first PeopleSoft ASP solution was for a $100M trucking company in a project that, to this day, realizes double-digit percentage savings in TCO and a level of business agility previous thought to be impossible. That client, Matheson Trucking, is still with us today. For that matter, every single client who has chosen to do business with us, is still a client today. At iDataWorks, we have a decade and counting of absolute proof of our commitment to put our clients first.

 

As a consulting himself, Mr, Khasky understood the unique needs of consultants. He leveraged his experience to recruit some of the industries brightest ERP stars. Among these is Mark Miszewski, our Oracle/ PeopleTools Technical guru. Mark has been with us since the very beginning, and his work with Oracle's ERP products is nothing short of groundbreaking!

 

On our HR side is Robert Torreano - known in HR circles as Mr. BenAdmin, Robert has over 20 years experience in HR systems, and is still the go-to guy in our industry. With extensive experience in Oracle/PeopleSoft, KABA, Workday, Kronos, Taleo, and a host of other solutions, Robert has proved to be an absolutely indispensible member of our team since Day One.

 

Our lead site engineer, Stan Lhotak, is also our most recent addition. Stan came to us in 2008, where we immediately recognized his talent and put him on-site at one of our largest and most challenging clients. 2 years and a whopping success story later, Stan began consulting for multiple clients, and in 2011 Stan became our dedicated on-site Systems Engineer, with direct involvement in over 80% of our clients today. Stan brings with him over a decade of IT experience, and a work ethic rarely seen in today's IT industry.
